The first one is the hardest to book. We'd rather meet you at $35 than not meet you at all. We're betting you come back after. Most people do.
What everyone asks first
Okay, does it hurt?
Some. Less than you're picturing. Each strip is over in about a second, and our wax holds onto the hair instead of your skin, which is the part that actually stings. Nearly everyone tells us afterward they'd built it up bigger in their head. It also gets easier every time you come.
What do I need to do first?
Let it grow about a quarter inch, so roughly two to three weeks. Shower if you get the chance. Wear something comfortable. That's the whole list.
Is it awkward?
For about ten seconds. Then you're two people having a normal conversation. Your Cerologist has done thousands of these. Yours will not be the one she goes home and thinks about.
How often would I come back?
Every three to four weeks keeps you smooth without thinking about it — which is exactly why fall is an easy time to start. It also gets quicker and more comfortable each visit as the hair comes in finer.
